Book ahead... it reopened after Helene with timed-entry reservations, and they'll turn you away at the gate without one. The chimney climb and the Hickory Nut Falls trail are the classics. Swim below the falls in summer.

An easy, dog-friendly loop, about as low-stress as trails get. Good when you want fresh air without committing to a real climb. Pop into the center for maps and Parkway intel.
